Letter from the Wilmer Medical Team

August 5, 2024

Dear Valued Patient,

Our practice has grown! In order to continue providing you with the best standard of care, we are making some changes in our organizational structure.

Dr. Ray has realized the need for taking on a supervisory role at Wilmer Medical Clinic (WMC) to allow better focus on her many commitments, while still maintaining an active role in her patients’ care. Starting in mid-September, Dr. Ray will no longer have a regular clinic schedule. She will be providing guidance and supervision to our mid-level practitioners.

WMC has a wonderful team of medical providers who strive to give excellent, individualized, and complete care. Dr. Ray is confident in their ability to satisfy your healthcare needs. Our newest addition is Stephanie Hautau (pictured). She is a nurse practitioner who has been training with Dr. Ray since the beginning of 2024. She will be taking the regular clinic hours previously held by Dr. Ray, Dr. Jonathan Dean, and two physician assistants, Jordan Orr and Erin McAdams, are also available for appointments. For our younger patients Deanna Seaman, NP and Kristina Miller, NP are still active in clinic. These providers are happy to be caring for all of our customers at WMC.

Any future appointment you have with Dr. Ray will now be moved to one of the above providers, at its current date and time. If you wish to change it, please feel free to call our office. Attached is a more personal note from Dr. Ray.

Sincerely,

The Wilmer Medical Clinic Team

Note from Kristina Ray, M.D.

I want to personally thank you for entrusting me with your healthcare needs. It has been, and remains, an honor to be your physician. I dearly love my practice and will remain involved in your care, but from a slight distance. Due to increased responsibilities related to my professional growth and changes in my personal life, I need to adjust. I feel very strongly that the clinical team at Wilmer Medical is more than capable to care for your healthcare needs in my absence. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be your doctor and for the relationships I have developed in the clinic. I will cherish it in my heart as I move into this new chapter.

Sincerely,

Kristina Ray, M.D.

** If you are on controlled medications, I will continue to prescribe them per our current agreement until a more long-term solution is reached. With this change, I may not be able to fulfill DEA guidelines for prescribing controlled substances.
