Policies

Late Policy:

Established patients arriving 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment times will be asked to reschedule or wait until the provider is able to work them in (if possible).

New Patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for information to be entered into our system. If you are 15 minutes past this 30-minute arrival time, you may be asked to reschedule.

No Show Policy:

After 3 No Show appointments, you will not be rescheduled.
